Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. But we get it, sometimes things just aren't quite right or you change your mind. We're here to help by making an exchange quick and easy.
All of our products are handmade in Peru and beyond. Slight variations and imperfections are part of what makes handmade artisan goods one of a kind and so special, but if you feel that the piece you've ordered isn't right for you, we accept exchanges within 14 days of the ship date. You may exchange or receive a credit to use at a later time. We do not offer refunds otherwise.
In order to initiate an exchange, please email dana@presentlyin.com within 14 days of the ship date so we can start your exchange process and make sure you item is eligible for return.
To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be:
- unused and unaltered with no visible signs of wear or use.
All items purchased on sale are final. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When returning your item(s), shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges.
Once we receive and process your items for exchange, we will email you a gift card in the amount of your purchase. This credit will be valid and redeemable for use for one (1) year.
